Same-day junk removal and dumpster rental across Beverly — downtown and Ryal Side carry-outs, tenant turnovers, estate clearouts, and renovation debris.
Beverly is a small city made of neighborhoods that barely resemble each other. Downtown, along the Cabot and Rantoul Street spine, is dense 18th- and 19th-century and multifamily — on-street parking, little or no driveway, tight turning. Fish Flake Hill is tighter still. Ryal Side is a narrow grid of small-lot early-20th-century houses where driveway width is the whole constraint. North Beverly and Montserrat sit in between.
Then Hale Street runs east into Prides Crossing and Beverly Farms, where the estate parcels have long private drives and gates — easy placement once you're on the property, narrow and heavily treed on the way in.
Whether you're clearing an apartment off Rantoul Street near the Cabot, emptying a house in Ryal Side, or working an estate out at Prides Crossing, Dumpster Dogs is the crew Beverly calls.
We're a local crew across three states — no dispatcher, no franchise.
That's verbatim from Beverly, and it continues: if you move or clean out the house, it is your responsibility to dispose of large amounts of debris.
Since 2026 the city has been on automated cart collection, and you can't use your own barrels — city carts only, billed annually by size. Bulk items and white goods are scheduled directly with the hauler, and anything containing Freon won't be collected at all until a licensed handler removes it first.
Curbside also won't take construction waste or demolition debris, tires, fluorescent bulbs, TVs, computers, propane tanks, oil paints, lithium-ion batteries, motor oil or chemicals.
So a move-out, an estate, or a renovation here has no municipal route. The city isn't hiding that — it's on their page.
This is most of what we do here. Downtown and Fish Flake Hill are dense pre-1900 and multifamily with on-street parking and often no driveway at all. Ryal Side is small-lot single-family where the driveway is one car wide. In all three, a roll-off frequently isn't the right tool — so we bring the truck, do the carrying, and leave with it the same day.
Beverly has a substantial rental stock downtown and along the Cabot and Rantoul corridor. Turnovers, tenant leftovers, basement and common-area clearouts — quick scheduling and a number you can quote to an owner, which matters when an empty unit costs money every day.
North Beverly, Montserrat and the larger lots have driveway width for a container. Prides Crossing and Beverly Farms are interesting: plenty of room once we're on the property, but the approach roads off Hale Street are narrow and heavily treed, so truck height and turning matter more than space at the destination.
The estate properties east of downtown come with cleanouts that take days rather than hours — carriage houses, cellars, attics and outbuildings holding a century of accumulation. We'll flag anything of real value rather than throwing it on the truck.
The city won't do clean-outs. That's the entire job description, and it's most of what we do here.
No. Beverly states it plainly: it does not pick up clean-outs, and large amounts of debris are the property owner's responsibility.
No — city carts only since the 2026 change, billed annually by size.
Not until a licensed handler removes it. We can take the appliance as part of a job instead.
Yes — Salem, Danvers, Peabody, South Hamilton and Ipswich.
