What the town does run is two limited facilities on Cherry Road, both requiring a sticker, and neither solves a cleanout:

The Recycling Collection Center is open Wednesdays and Saturdays and takes recyclables only — no trash, no construction debris. It turns away rugs and carpets, paint cans, and anything wet, dirty or mixed with household rubbish.

The Brush Dump is open Saturdays only, April through November, with a paid resident sticker. It takes brush, leaves, grass, garden material and trees up to five feet and five inches — and it explicitly rejects lumber, fences, demolition and building material, along with metal, asphalt, concrete and stumps.

And Bulky Goods Collection runs twice a year. Twice. Miss the date and you're waiting six months.

The recycling center on the same road takes plastics #1 and #2 only and refuses everything from #3 through #7.

So a garage or estate cleanout in North Hampton has almost nowhere to go locally, and if your timing misses May or October you're waiting six months.
