Same-day dumpster rental and junk removal across Methuen — garage and basement cleanouts, estate clearouts, renovation debris, and full-property cleanouts.
Methuen is a hinge. There's the old mill center at Spicket Falls, where the river drops through downtown and the Searles-era stone buildings anchor Broadway. And then everything else — running north toward the New Hampshire line, filled in with subdivisions where I-93 ends, I-495 crosses, and the Loop Connector ties it together.
Whether you're clearing a garage near Forest Lake, gutting a bathroom off Pelham Street, or emptying a house on Broadway between the Nevins Library and Mann Orchards, Dumpster Dogs is the crew Methuen calls.
We're neighbors, not a national brand. Locally owned across northeastern Massachusetts, southern New Hampshire and southern Maine — on time, fairly priced, and careful with your property.
Credit where it's due: Methuen is one of the few towns around here with a real transfer station, and it takes residential construction debris — which most of your neighbors' towns flatly refuse. Huntington Avenue takes a pickup load at a time — your truck, your loading, their hours.
Here's what it costs. A sticker priced by vehicle type. Residential trash at a minimum fee and by weight from there. Additional fees on white goods, C&D, tires and electronics. Fluorescent bulbs and televisions on Wednesdays and Saturdays only. Brush capped at four inches. Leaves and grass in paper bags, not plastic. And no cash.
A garage cleanout isn't one trip. It's five or six, each weighed, each paid for, each on a schedule that has to fit around your job. Or the container sits in your driveway and you fill it on your own time.
Most of Methuen is good for roll-offs — the subdivisions toward Forest Lake, Tenney State Park and the Pelham and Salem lines have wide driveways and real frontage. The tighter work is the Spicket Falls blocks downtown and the Arlington Mills corridor along Broadway, where mill-era density means short setbacks and narrow lots.
Bathroom remodel, kitchen gut, roof tear-off, full-house cleanout or real demolition — tell us the street and we'll size it right, deliver it, and pull it when you're done.
Don't want a container in the driveway for a week? We'll load it and go. Furniture, mattresses, appliances, hot tubs and household junk — one couch to a full basement.
Since 2022 Methuen no longer collects mattresses and box springs with regular trash. Your options are the transfer station, a scheduled pickup at the hauler's rate, or DPW. Or we take it with everything else.
Settling an estate, downsizing, or prepping a house for market takes a different kind of care. Full estate cleanouts, basements, attics and foreclosure work — with respect for the property and the people involved.
Clear quotes, kept appointments, and a crew that treats a driveway like their own. Larger jobs get looked at in person first.
Because it charges by weight, requires a sticker, doesn't take cash, and is closed Sundays. A garage or basement cleanout is five or six weighed trips. A roll-off is one delivery and one pickup, loaded on your schedule.
Most of Methuen takes a mid-size or large roll-off. Downtown near Spicket Falls and the Broadway mill corridor are tighter. Send us a photo.
Usually — call or text with details or photos and we'll quote fast.
