Dumpster rental and junk removal across Danvers — renovation debris, garage and basement cleanouts, estate clearouts, and full-property cleanouts.
Danvers was Salem Village — the 1692 accusations started here, and the Rebecca Nurse Homestead on Pine Street, the Salem Village Historic District and the Judge Samuel Holten house are all still standing. Today it's a suburban town wrapped around the Route 128 and Route 114 corridor, with tidal riverfront at Danversport where the Porter, Crane and Waters rivers meet, and farmland still hanging on near Putnamville.
The postwar subdivisions on the hills and toward Ferncroft have wide driveways and generous lots. The tight work is Danversport and Tapleyville, where older houses sit close to the street, plus the colonial survivors along the old Salem Village roads.
Whether you're clearing a garage in Ferncroft, gutting a bathroom in Tapleyville, or emptying a house near Danvers Center out toward Putnam Pantry on Newbury Street, Dumpster Dogs is the crew Danvers calls.
Small local outfit — you'll get the same crew twice if you call us twice.
Most towns ban C&D at the curb and let you drive it somewhere. Danvers does both halves.
Curbside bulky pickup is sticker-based — one price for furniture, carpet, white goods, grills and mowers, double for refrigerators, dehumidifiers, air conditioners, TVs and monitors. But curbside will not take mattresses and box springs (separate program), metal items or rigid plastics (transfer station only), or construction and demolition material — for which the town tells residents to arrange private disposal.
Then the transfer station, open Monday through Saturday with proof of residency and card payment only, charges household trash and metal by the pound — and its own prohibited list reads: no construction and demolition materials, masonry debris, stumps, sweepings or excavated materials.
So a bathroom gut in Danvers cannot go at the curb and cannot go to the transfer station. That's the town's own two rules laid next to each other.
The postwar subdivisions and the newer building toward Ferncroft are excellent for roll-offs — wide driveways, real frontage, room for the truck. The tighter work is Danversport and Tapleyville, and the older colonial stretches around Danvers Center.
This is the whole reason to call us here. Remodels, ripped-up flooring, stripped roofs, decks, masonry rubble, sheds and small outbuildings — all banned curbside and refused at the transfer station.
Danvers has a lot of long-held family homes, which makes estate and downsizing work a big part of what we do. Full estate cleanouts, attic, basement and garage clearouts, foreclosure work.
There is no municipal path for renovation debris here. We are the path.
Nowhere municipal. It's banned from curbside and the transfer station refuses construction and demolition materials, masonry debris and stumps.
No — mattresses and box springs go through a separate program, not the bulky sticker system.
A large roll-off works on most streets in town. Danversport and Tapleyville are tighter.
Yes — Peabody, Salem, Beverly, Middleton, South Hamilton and Ipswich.
